Scientists at the New York Stem Cell Foundation (NYSCF) Research Institute have come a step closer to developing a replacement therapy for the treatment of MS patients using patients’ own stem cells.

An international research team has discovered 83 previously unknown gene regions suspected to be associated with schizophrenia. The scientists examined genes from 36,989 patients and from 113,075 control subjects.

Eurogroup for Animals is a European animal welfare initiative comprising various national animal protection organisations.
