Prague: Training Course on Alternative Methods Featured

The training course is offered to students and young scientists during the 9th World Congress on Alternatives to Animal Experiments (WC9) in Prague, Czech Republic.

Organisers are the European Society of Toxicology In Vitro (ESTIV) in partnership with the Czech National Institute of Public Health and with the organizers of the 9th World Congress on Alternatives to Animal Experiments. The practical training course will present tools and strategies focusing on in vitro topical toxicity testing for skin and eye irritation and corrosion hazard identification. During the two-day intensive training course, participants will get the opportunity to discuss the use and the regulatory acceptance of in vitro assays with senior scientists.

The course tales place on 28–29 August 2014 as a satellite to the WC9. Deadline is June 15, 2014.
