Symrise Joins EPAA

I did not take for granted getting to know the scientist working at the Paul Ehrlich Institute personally and yet he has earned these lines - but they are also in memory of all those dedicated researchers who work on the ethically challenging development of replacement methods to animal experiments without being in the spotlight of public attention and without being recognised as a significant developer.
Enquete Commission pronounce for open access of scientific literature and materials

Stem cells from human Chorion
Monday, 04 June 2012 08:41Scientists at Children’s Hospital Oakland Research Institute (CHORI) led by Vladimir Serikov, MD, PhD, and Frans Kuypers, PhD, report in the current Epub issue of Stem Cells Translational Medicine that placental stem cells with important therapeutic properties can be harvested in large quantities from the fetal side of human term placentas (called the chorion).
